WELCOME TO HALF MOON ESTHETICS! Owned and operated by licensed esthetician Anna, Half Moon Esthetics offers an array of facial treatments and waxing services. It is my belief that true beauty is feeling comfortable in your own skin. I have made it my mission to help all of my clients become their most confident, authentic selves. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COMING IN - When you pull into the parking lot of the Electric Studios, remain in your vehicle and text your service provider’s phone number and they will greet you at the double doors at the center of the building when they are ready to receive you. - If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle until your appointment time, as you will not be able to enter the building until your service provider opens the front door for you. - Please no children, family members, or extra guests Thank you for trusting me with your skincare and waxing services - I look forward to seeing you.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointments are important to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes the unexpected occurs, making adjustments to your schedule necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule or make ANY changes to your appointment, we respectfully require at least 24 hours prior notice. Any cancellation, reschedule or change made less than 24 hours from your appointment will result in a fee of 60% of the cost of your booked service(s). The fee will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your fee may be applied to future services.
LATE POLICY
If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may no longer be able to see or accommodate you that day. In this instance, the same cancellation fee as above will be applied. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
If you do not show up to your appointment and/or do not confirm that you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged 90% of the cost of your booked service(s). The fee will be charged to your card on file.
